Depending on the type and size of an investment, Covest bundles various investment funds within a new company, in order then to invest in the target company. In this process Covest assumes the management of the intermediary company and ensures a smooth sequential process during the transaction. For this purpose Covest also offers trust services, if the investor does not wish to appear publicly.
